My Journey to Holistic Care
My path to this work started with my own healing. After experiencing a season of significant stress that led to physical ailments, I turned to massage therapy. It opened my eyes to a world of holistic health I had never considered. Later, while navigating my own fertility struggles, I discovered the transformative power of specialized pelvic bodywork and birth work. It profoundly changed my life.
Motivated by this new perspective, I took a leap of faith. I trained as a Full-Spectrum Doula and stepped away from a stressful corporate career in project management to dedicate myself full-time to helping others heal, soften, and find balance.
My Approach to Your Session
I specialize in fertility support, pelvic health, prenatal massage, and postpartum recovery, while also utilizing tools like lymphatic drainage and cupping therapy.
I believe that touch is a powerful tool capable of releasing the physical stress, tension, and trauma that often gets trapped deep within our tissues.
My approach is both intuitive and deeply compassionate. Every single session is customized to your unique needs, providing a safe, inclusive, and deeply supportive space where your nervous system can finally drop its guard.
